About: Working with a hand-made pinhole camera in an entirely blackened room, I place candles on a turntable, sometimes inside cut-glass and expose on a single sheet of film up to four hours. The final image is a unique performance on one piece of film, no Photoshop was used. The print is made on either silver baryta fiber paper or photo sensitized linen using a lithographic developer which yields its unique color and granularity due to the paper's fibers being revealed in the surface image itself.
